Express magazines target audience in terms of age is mostly those age 17-25, because i believe at this age people are really getting into new music and rediscovering old music and 'Express' covers all sorts of music genres and stories. Gender wise Express is aimed at both overall, but this specific issue is more suited to a female consumer as the content talks a lot about love and that is something men typically dont wish to read about. Other parts of the magazine are aimed at men as well such as the hottest gigs, and ticket information to gigs and festivals etc.
